The Dockside townhouse
development was built on Lake Whetstone in Montgomery Village, the Kettler-planned community near Gaithersburg, Maryland. The upper two units of each cluster were based on earlier back-to-back projects.
Dockside was an exercise in stretching the definition of a
townhouse. Instead of the back-to-back units that MRO had done elsewhere, Dockside was three units deep. The center units look over these 2 MBR lower units.
